Zend Studio to Launch Eclipse (Beta)
The Zend IDE from Zend Studio for Eclipse is its final stage of release after several beta versions. Yossi Leon in his blog expressed that, three issues are important:
- Code Generation: The code-for example, skeletal for classes or interfaces can push of a button automatically created
- Refactoring: ZSfE supports the developer with tools, for example, to rename individual elements in the code
- PHPUnit Testing: tools for creating, executing and evaluating of unit tests are already in the integrated IDE
Zend Studio for Eclipse is built on a combination of Eclipse and the PHP Development Tools for Eclipse, with its upcoming Zend IDE.
